  Ganga Barrage, which is located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh . It is a Dam which is built above the Ganga river. Construction of Ganga Barrage started in 1995 and started in May 2000. This projected was launched by "Namami Gange  Programme " . Construction costing of this project Rs. 303.14 crore. Ganga Barrage is also named as Luv Kush Barrage.
